You have a moderate number of behaviors you’d like to change, some of which may be very challenging.

We’ll strategize about what to tackle first and how to progress from there. You’ll build momentum, grow more confident, and increase your willpower while simultaneously becoming less reliant on it. 

10 coaching sessions over about 4 months (18 weeks), starting weekly and tapering quickly.

Basic Habit Coaching

There is one good habit (or a few minor behaviors) that you’d like to do consistently. Or…

You have one bad habit (or a few minor behaviors) that you’d like to reduce/eliminate.

We’ll get you moving in the right direction, and you’ll learn habit-formation strategies you can implement for the rest of your life.

5 coaching sessions over a period of 2 months (9 weeks).

Sessions are 30-40 minutes long. I’ll always budget 40 minutes for us, but near the end of the program you might only want a shorter check-in.

All coaching packages come with unlimited text and email support between sessions.

Coaching sessions are done over Zoom.
